The Company
One service. One standard.
Elevated Land Solutions is a Plymouth, New Hampshire forestry mulching company run by two mechanical engineers. It does exactly one thing — opening overgrown land with precision mulching up to six inches in diameter — for landowners and developers across the Lakes Region and White Mountain corridor.
Precision is the method, not the marketing
Before ELS, one of us spent a career designing utility distribution systems — infrastructure that has to work every day, in every storm, to a written standard. The other builds engineering-management rigor into operations for a living. Neither of us knows how to run a company any other way.
So the discipline you'd expect on a utility project shows up on your property instead: boundaries traced by GPS instead of pointed at, density counted on foot instead of guessed from the road, a finish specification in writing instead of "we'll make it look good," and a fixed price that puts the terrain risk on us instead of you.
We also believe specialization is the only honest path to excellence. A company that does everything is rarely excellent at any one thing — so ELS does one thing, with every hour of practice and every piece of equipment pointed at it.
Who You'll Work With
The two people behind every project
Chris
MS Mechanical Engineering · Utility distribution design engineer
Chris runs every site visit, traces every boundary, prices every project, and operates the machine on every job — the person who quotes the work is the person who does it. Raised on a farm, fluent in heavy equipment long before it was a business.
Kate
BS Mechanical Engineering · Opto-mechanical engineer · MBA candidate, Engineering Management
Kate runs the operation like a design review: intake, scheduling, financial management, and the quality standard behind every customer touchpoint. If the field work is the machine, this is the control system that keeps every project on spec and on schedule.
The Iron
Purpose-built, not improvised
ELS runs a Bobcat T86-2 compact track loader carrying Bobcat's 61-inch two-speed drum mulcher — not a brush hog on a rental, and not an excavator moonlighting between dirt jobs.
| Carrier | Bobcat T86-2 compact track loader, 115 hp |
|---|---|
| Package | Land Management — enclosed forestry cab and guarding, reversing cooling fan, Super Flow high-flow hydraulics |
| Head | Bobcat 61-inch two-speed drum mulcher, carbide teeth |
| Capacity | Stems to 6 in. diameter at breast height |
| Slope | Assessed on foot at every site walk — ground too steep to work safely is flagged and excluded in writing |
| Ground pressure | Tracked, low-PSI footprint — the root mat stays intact |
The Operating Standard
Nothing less than fully satisfied
Every company says "quality." We put it in writing instead. Each proposal carries a measurable finish specification — mulch depth, stump height, boundary tolerance, retention-tree protection — and the finished ground is walked against that table before the balance is owed. If any part falls short, we return and correct it at no charge.
That standard starts before the machine does: from the moment your inquiry arrives, through the site walk, the proposal, the work, and the walkthrough. It's the reason the company exists on a simple bet — that this region has plenty of land-clearing capacity, and almost no one doing it to a written standard.

Tell us what you have and what you want it to become. You'll talk to the owner who runs the machine — not a call center, not a salesman.
